In celebration of international Dumpling Week we're very excited to be playing host to Miss Chow's, Perth's resident dumpling masters, at The Leederville Precint. Enjoy dumplings in the beer gardens via their Hawker Hut pop-up all weekend, or take your pick from one of three culinary collaborations in Servo Restaurant...
Miss Chow's is an Asian inspired eatery and dumpling house that focuses on quality and creativity of ingredients, whilst maintaining a strong bond to cultural heritage, traditional cooking methods and techniques.
Helmed by Jacqui Chan, the Chow's dumpling empire now includes four locations across Perth (not to mention their side hustles Lucy Luu and Kiri), plus more venues set to open in 2023...

Chow's Hawker Hut
Friday 29/9 to Sunday 1/10
Chow's will host a pop-up dumpling hut in Servo Yard Bar over the weekend, slinging fresh dumplings and Shanghainese street food for you to enjoy in our yard bar. Park up for a hot dozen, best enjoyed with a cold drink (or two).

"Omakase" Banquet from the Heart

A set menu banquet. featuing seven plates of yummy asian fusion: authentic Shanghainese cuisine meets Servo's wood-fired mediterranean flavours. This tasty menu is a collaboration between Miss Chow's executive chef Aldren Teo (the culinary mind behind Miss Chow's, Lucy Luu, and formerly Emily Taylor) and Servo exec chef Christopher Bottega.
Optionally, you can spice up your evening further with a set of matched cocktails and wines, paired thoughtfully by Servo executive bartender Tony Roche.

The Big Dance: AFL Grand Final Yum Cha

A four hour sporting banquet at Servo Restaurant, featuring bottomless booze and a Yum Cha kitchen takeover.
Enjoy a front row seat to the grand final, and an army of waiters to attend to your every need. We’re bumping in two big screens to ensure everyone can keep up with the action.
